Community Room Use
The Porter Fire Department has two Community Rooms available for public use.
AVAILABLE COMMUNITY ROOMS AND CAPACITY
- Fire Station #121 (23550 Loop 494): 35 people
- Fire Station #122 (20515 FM 1314): 30 people
GUIDELINES
- Use by any single group shall be limited to one time per three-month period.
- The room shall be used for non-commercial purposes; any deviation of this policy must be approved in writing by the Fire Chief.
- Room should be requested 7 days in advance but may not be reserved more than 30 days in advance.
- Hours of Availability: Monday through Saturday- finished prior to 9:00pm
- NO Craft projects of any kind may completed in the room. (Ex. Painting, Coloring, Glueing, Cooking, Playdoughs etc.)
- Clean up and emptying of the trash is the responsibility of the group using room.
- Audio/visual equipment is not provided.
- Parking is only allowed in designated spaces (carpooling is encouraged).
- If a tour of the station is desired, it should be requested at the time of scheduling.
- Restroom is available.
- All facilities are tobacco free.
- Responsible Party must be atleast 21 years in age.
- Donations are welcomed for usage of the meeting room, however, are not required. Donations are accepted on the home page of the website.

To request the reservation of a Fire Department Community Room, please complete the form below or contact Fire Administration at 281-354-6666.

Please complete the provided Meeting Room Agreement and submit to the Administration Office. The department will review the calendar and notify you of the approval or denial of your requested date.
